Spouse Residence Visa Application Typing – UAE

📄 Required Documents:

For Sponsor (Husband/Wife):

• Original Emirates ID

• Emirates ID copy

• Residence visa copy

• Passport copy

For Applicant (Spouse):

• Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)

• One recent digital photo (white background, from studio)

• Attested marriage certificate (attested by UAE MOFA & translated into Arabic)

• Attested Birth certificate (attested by UAE MOFA & translated into Arabic) 

Additional Requirements (Depending on Sponsor Type):

• If Sponsor is an Investor/Partner:

  • Trade License copy

  • Memorandum of Association (MOA)

  • Establishment Card

  • AED 3,000 refundable security deposit

• If Sponsor works in the Private Sector:

  • Labour Contract (with Ministry stamp)

  • Minimum salary: AED 4,000 or above

• If Sponsor works in a Free Zone:

  • Arabic Salary Certificate issued by the Free Zone Authority

  • Minimum salary: AED 4,000 or above

• If Sponsor works in Government/Semi-Government:

  • Arabic Salary Certificate issued by Employer

  • Minimum salary: AED 4,000 or above

Additional Notes:

• AED 283.15 fee applies if the sponsor doesn’t have an active sponsorship file.

• Applicant’s National ID is required for Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and Iraq nationals.
